Account information. Email address, authentication records, username, avatar, biography, and account status.

Community content. Uploaded model files, images, part and fitment data, license information, comments, reports, moderation records, and creator attribution.

Technical information. Requests may generate IP address, browser, device, timestamp, security, and diagnostic logs through our hosting and infrastructure providers.

Approved part listings, usernames, profile information you choose to provide, creator attribution, comments, and associated dates may be public and indexed by search engines. Do not publish private information in descriptions, profile fields, model files, images, or comments.

STLParts uses essential browser storage and cookies for authentication, account security, and core site operation. These are necessary to provide signed-in features.

The MVP does not use advertising cookies or marketing trackers. If optional analytics or advertising is introduced, this policy and the consent experience will be updated before those tools are enabled where consent is required.

We use service providers, including Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage, and hosting or infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf. They receive only the information needed to provide their services.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, investigate abuse, enforce licenses, or respond to intellectual-property claims. STLParts does not sell personal information.

We retain information while an account or listing is active and as reasonably needed for security, dispute resolution, license attribution, moderation history, backups, and legal obligations. Public contributions may need to retain attribution or moderation records even after account deletion.

You can edit supported profile fields from your profile page. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Legal rights differ by location. We will evaluate verified requests under applicable privacy law.

We use access controls, row-level database policies, moderation, file validation, and encrypted transport intended to protect the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Report a suspected security incident to [email protected] or a privacy concern to [email protected].

STLParts is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

We may revise this policy as the service changes. Material updates will receive a new effective date and appropriate notice. Privacy questions may be sent to [email protected].
