Email is the current intake method for copyright notices submitted through the website.

We may remove or restrict access to identified material, preserve relevant records, notify the uploader, and provide the uploader with a copy of the notice. Incomplete notices may delay action. We may forward notices to service providers or legal advisers as needed to process them.

An uploader who believes material was removed by mistake may send a counter-notification containing:

• The uploader's physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the removed material and its former location.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
• The uploader's name, address, and telephone number.
• Consent to the appropriate United States federal court jurisdiction and acceptance of service from the claimant.
